Great team and very kind people flexible and accommodating staff interesting work tasks very engaging and informative work and I learned a lot.

Cons

At times, work was little stressful, the office manager is hardworking and helpful but somewhat unfriendly, workload varied but overall manageable.

Barry has a very caring, community feel. Excellent values/mission driven. Flexible work environment. Innovative and industry standard technology. Historical tie to founding.

Cons

Salaries are below average and many have very low wages by Miami standards. There is a lack of goals and individual accountability and management.Small budgets and scarce resources.
