Nice place, mostly nice people , very diverse workforce , holidays, 2 weeks off at Christmas

Pros

Great benefits. Depending on what department you work in, it feels more like family as opposed to coworkers and people who are strangers. Use of facilities and wellness classes are free as well as parking which is rare when working at a University.

Cons

HR is a terrible department and quite often self-serving. Additionally, the University is having major problems with student retention so it would be surprising if the University had issues staying open.
