      Pros

      Beautiful campus-and it is small-located in a quiet community-so there is the opportunity to gather with other faculty and students although that rarely happens

      Cons

      lack of cooperation between faculty and administration-and even between older faculty and new faculty..little or no mentoring available...and budgets have been cut or frozen for the last three years so professional development is scarce and opportunity for career growth is minimal
