All of the focus on employees is accurate. There is an enormous drive to give back to the employees and to make sure that people are happy within the company.

Cons

Certain locations are getting top heavy (too much management) and when this happens, benefits are often taken from the lowest level workers and reallocate to upper management. One example of this is when, as a cost cutting measure, on site luncheons are discouraged, but the leadership team still schedules expensive, off-site luncheons which cost significantly more.
