      Pros

      Leaders care about people. Not everyone is perfect, but they are genuinely working toward positive influence in the world. Thoughts and opinions are valued; people are treated as more than means to an end. Tremendous flexibility and understanding of the importance of family.

      Cons

      Vacation policy is not great.

      Pros

      CEO has clear vision for company and big emphasis on developing people. BW University and many other people development options.

      Cons

      CEO vision does not filter down at division level. Corporate vision is people development but no emphasis on business growth and innovation. Heavily focused on Aftermarket but not business growth. Benefits are well below industry average.

      CEO has a nice vision.

      Cons

      Execution of CEO's vision is very poor. Middle management is horrible. There is a huge gap between talk and reality.
