Pros

It's not the worst place I have ever worked. The benefits are on par with most companies in this space I think. The pay is also generally in the expected range. Nothing exceptional here but nothing too terribly lacking.

Cons

The reason I am leaving is because the culture is a mixed bag and they just can't really decide what they want to be. The principles the company is supposed founded upon of "Everybody Matters" are really not lived up to. My trust in the company was completely breached in late 2021 and early 2022 and it will never recover.

Too focused on creating a legacy and not focused enough on client satisfaction medical costs to employees disproportional a lot of time spent on presentations for internal use information not shared openly to all employees No policies for anything (pricing/HR/quality)

Pros

The base pay is competitive, get to travel and always working on different things. Company works to recolonize our needs.

Cons

Lots of unpaid overtime, bonus system does not make up for. People get worn out and management dose not notice, you are forced to demand and fight for your time off when busy.
