Pros

Nice colleagues - some of them Vitality platform Pay was decent

Cons

I received a relocation bonus, and my office ended up shutting down. I essentially uprooted my life for no reason. Next thing I know, I'm sent a letter from BW threatening to send me to collections A MONTH AFTER I QUIT my job, accusing me of not paying it back (and also getting the terms completely wrong). Not to mention, nobody even explained the pay back policy during my recruitment! Look elsewhere. They preach 'truly human leadership,' but HR and corporate is anything but.

Potential but too much internal politics

Pros

Quarterly bonus for being on a client-site/staff ag Project Manager/SME on each site to provide assistance Introductory orientation on consulting and the company growth for first timers Lots of company paid meals

Cons

Very cliquey structured - it felt more like high school than a professional environment Lots of internal meetings - felt less productive than beneficial The training courses needs an update - they are just droning videos vs interactive learning Medical is overpriced and poor vision benefits
