There are really no pros

Cons

Get treated like a slave since these are all contracted positions. No holiday pay, no real vacation pay 40 hours for ever 1000 hours you work. Worse job I have ever had.

It is a job until you can do better. I thought it was a company that provided growth opportunities.

Cons

Regardless of performance raises are dismal. A 2% raise is considered a merit increase.
