I can't think of any. I worked for a paycheck that was it.

My rep was supposed to call once a month and see how things were going, if there were any issues. I never had any issues as I have a little over 30 years experience as an EA. But never heard from them. When the assignment was coming to an end (2 months prior) I contacted the person who had found me the position. She got back to me in about 2 weeks indicating they did not work with that company any more but would look for something else for me. Never heard from her. This was the first time in a 32 year career that I had to do contract work. It was not a good experience.

Flexible work schedule, work from home option.

Cons

Management played favorites when giving "free" hires to recruiters. Which makes hitting your goals meaningless if the "free" hires count. No promotion from within. A large divide between employees and management. No phone allowance for recruiters.
