Poor managerial skills. KA Don’t know how to manage team. feel like my voice is not heard. Don’t feel like manager trust to do job. Don’t feel like work is valued doesn’t matter how much time employee giving. Poor communication skills. Lack of collaboration. Toxic manager. Don’t confront matter. Try to arrange a meeting but don't be surprised of your insecure boss avoid meeting 1 on 1. Negativism, lack of cooperation, hostility.
