      Think twice.. there’s a reason nurses voted in a union

      Pros

      Pay was decent, benefits very good.

      Cons

      Human Resource leadership is not trusted and does not back up management. Have a program called ‘Just Culture’ which basically is to keep other employees from looking to a union for fairness from leadership. Nurses have voted in a union, doubt, knowing HR leadership, employees needing a union for fair treatment will stop at nurses.
