      ETO for employees that have been here a while. And that’s where it ends

      Cons

      You’re either grossly under skilled for the position or your a greatly under utilized. It’s attitude vs aptitude. Very much a game of politics and who you know vs what you know. They do not listen to their employees they don’t care. No work life balance or schedule flexibility unless your a nurse and are constantly called off. Gone are the days of trust and transparency.

      Great co-workers, focus on quality

      Cons

      Very high turnover since new CEO came on. High level of fear and distrust of management. It's clear employees aren't valued like they used to be. Lots of high profile people have suddenly disappeared (fired?).
