Good job, had to leave because I needed to go to school but couldn’t go down to part time. Otherwise I’d still be there

Smaller number of patients to care for, more time to provide proper care.

Cons

Management acts like they’re above criticism and nothing ever changes. Poor attitudes towards employees. Terrible culture over all.

Cons

Regardless of whether or not employees get their yearly bonus, the CEO gets his six figure bonus-without fail and they’re STILL fighting the union-4yrs later.
