Hiring process was very quick. All paperwork and drug testing was completed within 3 days.

Cons

Not very organized. They didn't have set list of responsibilities for the various roles in the construction field. It was last updated in 2008.

The foreman know good talent and bad when they see it. They will keep you if you are a valuable asset as long as they can.

Cons

They have lost their butts in Ohio and are refusing to bid any more work. They are down to less than 10 carpenters. The best of the best are left.
