The people are amazing at Basis! They provide the best customer service and are experts in the space.

Cons

Newer leadership that has been brought in has caused riff among management and support/sales. Their egos are large and they do not take the time to truly understand what is happening behind the scenes, as revenue as taken priority vs people. Technology is not evolving as quickly as it should be in the market. The roadmap has stayed stagnant, and focus is on the hold cos/brands when it would be better suited for mid-market.
