-Casual work environment -Nice co-workers (minus management) -Learn to use a wide scale inventory network

Cons

-Long hours on holidays -Have to practically argue to get a raise -High turnover rate

Pros

Staff is friendly and are really helpful when you are first learning. The products are generally of good quality.

Cons

After you have had training you're on your own in your department. There is not really the opportunity to grow this position into a meaningful career.

Pros

Excellent employee and manager relations. Very participatory managerial style amongst managers. Pay raise for the first 90 days and every year there after. Organized.
