Pros

The company is filled with lots of extremely talented and hard working professionals. The company rewards its employees and encourages the entrepreneurial spirit. Teamwork and collaboration are the norm. Bastian Solutions is unique in the sense that it is a large, growing company, yet still retains so many of the great qualities of a small, family business. It’s a really fun place to work!

Bastian Solutions allows you the freedom to do what you do best along with the resources necessary to compete in the industry. You will find a great group of people with positive attitudes and the desire to be the best.

Cons

Bastian is primarily young people so there are times I feel old but non the less love working at Bastian and all the people!
