Greatly appreciate the opportunity to be able to, within reason, carry forward with my responsibilities independently to produce the desired results but at the same time knowing I have a great team to work alongside to bounce ideas off of as well as get great constructive feedback.

Cons

As business is good and people are busy, scheduling meetings to get everyone together. However, the virtual work environment has greatly improved making this much easier now.
