Bastian Solutions reviews

I believe that I am one of the few people that can say that they really love their job. A large part of that is loving the company, including the people that you work with and for, as well as the company’s core values. During the past 3 years that I have been with Bastian Solutions, I have learned a tremendous amount about the material handling and automation industry, business, my own strengths and weaknesses, and communication with customers, vendors, colleagues, etc. I attribute most of that to the people of Bastian Solutions; including peers, managers, executive leadership, and the president. They provide the necessary mentorship and tools that allow their employees to grow in their skills, but also as a person. They also put their people and their customers at the top of the priority list. Bastian Solutions in business to help others grow; that includes their customers, but also their employees, vendors, suppliers, and partners. I have been afforded many opportunities to grow and excel within the company, including promotions and responsibilities within the same business unit, but also opportunities within other business units. The most recent was a management role, which I currently hold. Many of my peers are in similar positions. Bastian is an enjoyable place to work because of the people, the core values, and the interesting capabilities offered. Every day is different and provides its own challenges, but also its own rewards. I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone to work for Bastian Solutions.
