      No Pros, only cons cons cons cons....

      They took interview throug teams, first of all they dont have knowledge on basic OOP concepts and even they dont know how to write parametereized constructors and they don't have knowledge on ASP.NET... and main thing is they have 4 years of experience... its funny its waste of time...
