Pros

Lots of "opportunities" to get some very practical knowledge. Helpful Management structure.

Cons

Only development they are interested in doing is inside the four walls of the company. Lots of promises little follow through.

Pros

Great benefits. Still leading the industry. Selects top talent to join the company.

Cons

Lacks amenities for its employees (no cafeteria, vending machines loaded with unhealthy snacks, no internal training programs except for sales reps, etc.). The company is also many years behind in collaborative technology. Lots of gossip. People may come in and out of the corporate headquarters if they know someone inside -there are no photo IDs required and that can pose a security problem.
