Pros

Strong bonus structure for account executives. Account Executive roles come with a strong salary and bonus structure for performance and good sales training.

Cons

When faced with challenging organizational decisions the management group called on the sales force to lie and/or keep their customers in the dark on multiple occasions throughout the pandemic when their customers needed them to have their backs the most. Don’t expect a real holiday where you can shut off from work 100%. “The nature of the business” calls for you to need to answer to your customers at all times.
