You get to meet a lot of interesting people.

Cons

My manager refused to send me outside of the mall so it was hard to get as many leads and cards as others who were given a more well rounded opportunity to explore other places and avenues. I received threatening text messages and was treated poorly. Cutting hours was used as punishment. No incentive to do better when threats are used.

None what so ever.

Cons

Micromanagement. Impossible to reach bonus at some locations. The reason for this is the numbers are exactly the same throughout the United States. Not based on each individual location. This is not quality company to work for. They compensation is terrible.

The pay was okay. Conveniently located to my home.

Cons

Lots of back stabbing and bullying from management. Owner was all about the bottom line regardless of what was done to meet that number. I was threatened bodily harm by a co-worker and reported it to owner who did not care. Not a conducive environment to be in. As an employee, you are just a number not a person.
