if compensation was true, which is NOT, it would be worth it

Cons

absolute worst training ever, owner lies about every sales person who is employed, and especially lies to "officials" even after employment ends. Other sales people are nice people with great hearts, but all being more thanun taken advantage of and unpaid commissions that were earned not paid following separation....

Flexible when needing time off

Cons

Overworked and underpaid is a major understatement. When you show initiative and drive to perform your work well or go above the "standard" to give great customer service, they take it as "let's pile on more work with no gratitude or compensation to show our appreciation". There's little to no respect from your coworkers and when concerns are brought up with management, it goes in one ear and out the other.
