Some good employees but management is driving them away

Cons

You are a number on a spreadsheet. Managers are micro-managed, harassed 24/7 and forced to comply. They do not want leaders, they want taskmasters with scorecards handing out demerits. Racial undertones as well (Confederate flags, etc). Promised raises and profit sharing are non-existent. ASK ABOUT TURNOVER

Great product and the owner is great.

Cons

Income very limited. Not enough time to do all duties. Expectations are not attainable. Budgets are not achievable. Always looking to document all activities to hold accountable to terminate.

Pros

This was a great job for a while. 10% commission on every job! I made great money working here but only because they mark everything up 1000%. How else could they charge $1000 for an abs shower base "coated with acrylic spray".

Cons

Commissioned employees often cut corners and take shortcuts to get the job done in a day so they can move on to the next job and get more money. Johnson City branch is infested with people who care more about themselves than the customer.
