If you don't get enough leads your hours get cut. Sometimes you only work one day out of a week even when you have open availability

You get to meet a lot of interesting people.

Cons

My manager refused to send me outside of the mall so it was hard to get as many leads and cards as others who were given a more well rounded opportunity to explore other places and avenues. I received threatening text messages and was treated poorly. Cutting hours was used as punishment. No incentive to do better when threats are used.
