Small office feeling, friendly people, corporate workers tend to stick around for a long time. Your experience greatly depends on what position you hold as sales or outside events are so different than corporate office positions. Business is constantly growing.

Cons

No retirement matching, expensive healthcare, only really good compensation if you work in sales or event consulting and get a lot of leads or make a lot of sales.

Pros

Employees are properly trained and supported with the same training and materials. Updated videos and training provided for installers. Company is very honest and thorough with the installation of the product. Easy to sale to consumers, who really need a bath/shower remodel. Finished job looks and feels exactly as proposed and demoed will look.

Cons

Disorganized system and very little support from the corporate HQ team provided for employees, besides Branch Managers. Very high turn over rate with over worked employees.

The work was interesting, and meeting new customers every day was definitely a plus. The facility was clean and the warehouse was relatively well-organized.

Cons

The company themselves, at least the Erie, PA franchise I worked for, is full of people who will promise you the world and barely deliver a pebble. I was promised 3 days of work every week, among other things, that just didn't happen. Instead, they kept sending me to events and festivals to try and drum up business. In the 6 weeks I worked there, I saw a total of 3 installs.
