      Pros

      Pretty nice atmosphere to work in. The product sells itself, and it is a no pressure atomosphere to produce leads. Traveling to different shows in the area is nice.

      Cons

      The Pay, Not enough hours to be full time event staff. The traveling can get a little pricey with gas. Higher management usually has no idea what is going on
