Working at Bath fitters is great! There is a reward when you go to work everyday. As a Bath Fitter employee I can say it has boosted my confidence and is very exciting to know I am helping someone greatly.

Cons

As a Bath Fitter employee I can honestly say the Campany has not give me a reason for them to have Cons. Working with the public can be challenging at times. I feel if you have the right attitude you will conquer any obstacles put in your path.

Pros

The ad that brings you into a interview of lies. You will answer a ad of guaranteed six leads per week. They will tell you this is true until you are filling out the paper work and have left you other position of employment. Then some truth comes out. Outright bait and switch!

Cons

The job its self is a con! Highest turnover I have ever witnessed. I do not know about other locations but the North Olmsted in Ohio is a joke and should be investigated by the attorney general for fraud!

Pros

There is an opportunity for success. Leads are supplied. They will work with you on where your leads are. Income is above average. Benefits are OK./ I did hear the Laurel manager was fired after I left! BUt its the cheese at the top that needs to listen.

Cons

I was there 3 years and rarely given more than 1 lead per day and 2 on Saturday. There were 2 meetings a week! Mangers are weak. Training is monotonous and boring. There is a very apparent pecking order with leads, and not the kind that supports the closers. It seams the franchise owners let their egos get in the way of keeping good selling talent. I say this because I was a Million dollar producer and watched 2 other salespeople walk that were better than me.
