I was recruited to the organization over 5 years ago and it has been an amazing experience. Every year the company has experienced and demonstrated significant growth which provided many career based opportunities. The understanding and follow through the organization maintains on its level of service to its customers and its work environments for its employees is second to none. They appreciate tenure and highly reward performances of individuals in every department. Even as large as the company has grown owners and leadership maintain on the front lines when necessary to assist in any way possible to support all field employees. Current company growth and expectations will with out a doubt open many doors for internal advancement as it has demonstrated each and every year for so many people. Very empowering position allowing employees to truly lead and guide there own success and career growth with all the internal training and support at your fingertips.
Cons
As field district level manager Finding great people is often challenging since the company is ultimately paving the way and setting the standard. No other company today that I know of in this industry is operating at the same level with the same systems so finding people that either have experience or even an understanding of how Bath Fitter operates is often challenging. With out an understanding its often difficult to find those candidates with a passion to succeed while truly valuing the level of customer service and follow through that this company has grown to expect and its consumers have grown to expect from us.
