None. They will send you two hours away for one unqualified lead the two more hours in opposite direction. 8 hours of drive time daily.

Cons

Bad management. Expected to lie to customers. VERY HIGH TURNOVER WITH SALES REPS.

This IS a great product, but very hard to get a 'lead' unless you are in an ideal location, which hardly EVER happens. Home shows are the best due to the fact that is what the people there are looking for, ways to change their home in the easiest manner.

Cons

Hard on your body, especially your legs & I agree with someone else who said management has no idea how hard it is to get a 'lead'. I REALLY wish management would go to a mall & stand on THEIR feet for 4 - 6 hours & try to get 'leads'. HA, AIN'T NEVER GONNA HAPPEN!! They think it's SO easy!!
