My position is Marketing district manager, and I work 6-7 days a week with my phone always going off with employee issues, subordinate have to call before and after shift to check in, territory is too large and your left to do it all yourself. Bad marketing program, they offer no customer service and no opportunity for their part-time staff. Part time event reps are under paid, under appreciated and worked like dogs with no remorse, the revolving door never stops.

Have worked for 2 franchise groups and universally bad management. Possibly not enough "people" training for management. Not much room for growth and the pay isn't to scale. No raises etc.
