Most people with even average skills can get better jobs elsewhere. Seems they think they are hiring for Google with their interview and hiring process.

Pros

It is a joy to sell a product that you can believe in. Their high quality in materials, workmanship and their people makes working for them rewarding. They are good to their employees, have reasonable expectations and keep their promises.

Cons

The only down side to my job is that the work is seasonal. I'm very busy through the summer and then the winter slows down. Things begin to pick up again in the spring, but the winter is tough.
