If a company ever needed a UNION, this is it!! People are bullied and intimidated by management and the pay is poor. Those are the pros...

Cons

Customer service is non-existent, expectations are high with long hours for installers no thanks. Not a good place to be!

Pros

You can make serious money if you can close well. Be prepared to burn a lot of gas depending on your branch's policy regarding giving ballparks. It's a no-no at corporate stores.

Cons

Roller coaster ride. Highly dependent on advertising volume and placement. You are judged on closing ratio and dollars per appointment including all appointments.

Pros

Coworkers were, for the most part, honest, hard-working people. Branch manager did have a decent mindset for customer service.

Cons

Depending on the franchise/location, experience will vary. No room for advancement, low pay, little respect or consideration. Made to feel guilty for requesting weekend off once or twice a year (you work EVERY weekend). Every problem in the company becomes your fault because you didn't produce enough leads that weekend. Management is clueless how to change things or motivate people.
