Decent hourly pay, variety in work sites, get to work outside, not intellectually taxing. Meet nice neighbor vendors, others.

Cons

Travel, gas, don't get paid for forever, when one is supposed to-excuses,lies,check is in the mail, etc.

Pros

Great opportunity to build management and leadership skills. Positions involves managing different shows and retail locations which keeps the week changing and interesting.

Cons

Considering the long hours and weekend work, the commissions and salary are pretty low for the industry. Constant hiring and training of low paid, hourly employees. Corporate office is cheap.

Pros

Bath Fitter corporate in business for 30 years. It truly is a great product that you can be confident in representing.

Cons

Have worked for 2 franchise groups and universally bad management. Possibly not enough "people" training for management. Not much room for growth and the pay isn't to scale. No raises etc.
