Great Franchise to work for! Very responsive to Customer and Employee needs.

Pros

Leads are fairly distributed and qualified as best as possible. Very low employee turnover. The owner truly understands life/work balance. This is the model all Bath Fitter franchises should be following. I was a customer 13 years ago the salesman at the time is still with the franchise. Great product with great installers.

Cons

Health Insurance is expensive but not the fault of the franchise.

The products were quality although very expensive. Great atmosphere in many of the events and people were receptive.

Cons

Some events didn't make any sense for us to be at and leads were very low.

Pros

You often get autonomy depending on where they have you stationed, and you also get to work with a lot of upbeat, friendly people.

Cons

They bring you in by proudly saying they don't believe in being pushy with customers, that you should just let them come to you, but then get angry at you for not being pushy. Then, when you do try to be pushy, it alienates the customers and you get blamed for that as well.
