Cons

Working for a company that has been the #1 bath remodeling company year after year is what makes each day one that I look forward to!!!

Pros

If you hang in there long enough eventually you will get the better quality leads. The pay is fair and the organization is top notch as far as a company goes. Attempts are made to keep you in a geographic area you requested. Sr. managers are great...Training is good. But pay while training is below poverty level!

Cons

.assistant managers are horrible and run all the top quality leads and call backs. They hire and fire alot of people..what I call a churn & burn! lead setters set appts hard and often put you in difficult situations. (confrontational customers) Senior sales peolple are held up on pedistals and youare asked why you are not there, when they get 3 quality appts a day to your 1 maybe 2 and they are no shows and 1-legs

Great product, Great Installer positions!

Cons

Local office has their veteran reps who are accustomed to the "BEST" leads (including the sales manager!)... You will run everything else!!! You will drive far on your own dime. Veteran reps DON'T run trailer park or specific zip-code leads!
