Cons

- Manager is totally disorganized, habitially 1-2 hrs late, flies by the seat of his pants. - Hires anyone that has a pulse. - Doesn't train. - Low amount of hours available. - Commissions: At interview said closed 50% of leads reality they close 20%.

no supervision young people running the show --- free for all -- they will give you lots of free hours for driving -- unbelievable how incompetent this place is run and how much money they waste

Cons

high turn over unless you're related to the family -- no real supervision

Other coworkers were nice but very unhappy working there. If no other job in sight it will help pay some bills.

Cons

The want you to bug people by calling them 3 times a day for the 1st 10 days and then 1 time a day for the next 10 days and then once every 10 days. The supervisor would not direct any comments to you she would rather go thru your coworkers. No potential for advancement.
