Pros

Great Benefits Package for matched 401K options. Nice uniforms. You get to drive your own car. Great training Tennessee.

Cons

Does not provide accurate employment status to GA Department of Labor. Terrible job paying commission. Compensation plan for employees is terrible. Will give commission from reps to another rep without your knowledge. This is not a job to take if you are serious about a sales career. Do not work at BathFitter in Atlanta GA. 1099 Contract but does not honor Federal Guidelines for 1099 employees.

Pros

The management is was amazing, time off was easy to request and no limit. My sales skills and expertise was tremendously impacted by this experience, I hands down spent years working with the best salesmen I have ever meet. It was a joy learning from my management and team.

Cons

100% commission. No paid time off. Being available to work M-F for 13 hour time periods. Mandatory availability on Saturdays for 6 -8 hours. Essentially, you must ALWAYS be on unless you personally requested a day off. This is not a job for someone with young kids or a marriage. Quite frankly, I believe this job will kill a marriage.
