Remote work, work life balance

Cons

Disorganized, stagnant, high turnover, poor management, lack of proper project management, constant restructuring, lack of following company values, lack of team work, high competitiveness and lack of respect among coworkers. Overall full of fake people that will smile to your face then talk behind your back. Management was pushing the team to write good reviews about the company saying it was our duty to make the company look good then laid off 70% of them.

•True to their word on their “open door policies” •If you work hard, WANT to learn and prove yourself to be an exemplary employee-you WILL reap the rewards! •Very understanding of personal issues; such as me having to pick up my 2 girls from school due to inclement weather.

Cons

•Too much office drama 🎭…but that’s at EVERY employer •Can be very stressful at times •Their pay 💰 isn’t the greatest
