Pros

The faster you work the quicker you get home. Sometimes I'd finish an install and get paid 150-320 a day and got home by 1-3

Cons

Management has favoritism. During my time there I have witnessed a coworker sexually harass another coworker and the harassment victim had found another job meanwhile the one who did the harassment was kept on the team. Also management tends to gossip behind your back if you're new and make mistakes

Cons

Salary not worth the working as hard as you must, Management points finger when questioned, instead of leading. Communication is not the best and Tech lacks behind
