It's Turning Into Communist China

Product and People are both positives.

Cons

Turning into a communist environment. I used to love to got to work and now I feel really depressed and unmotivated. Like I'm being treated like I was a kid. I'm looking for new employment. You are monitored and filmed constantly and your words are recorded. You have to even turn in photos of yourself, your temperature and anyone with a vehicle has to. It's like what you read about is happening in China. It's really bad. If I can't find a job I might sell my house and just call it quits until the job market comes back. It's that bad. I can't continue to wake up to this kind of repression anymore. I'm not a dog on a leash nor am I a prisoner or ex con and refuse to be treated like one.

Everything about Bath Fitter is quality, the employees, the owners, the appointments, the customers, the installers and the experience of working for the #1 bath remodeler in the country.

Cons

Lots of driving but well worth it.

Pros

Friendly environment to work in, the work is busy but interesting. Opportunity for advancement, opportunities to improve your work and the work is independent. The management works with you.

Cons

The pay is bad, benefits take 6 months to kick in, for the amount of work you do the policy is somewhat unrealistic. Not enough training and you get in trouble for the smallest things.
