Poor Compensation and Horrible Benefits

Lowest level management easy to work with and train with on a weekly basis.

Cons

Pay and Benefits, Hours Required! NO compensation for driving to appointments (some 3 hour drives one way for 1 appointment) must use personal vehicle. No Sale, No Pay (big asking price) No paid vacation Medical benefit cost is robbery for the coverage Required availability: M-F first appointment 930am (plus possible 3hr drive - 630am start) last appointment 7pm (up to 3hrs presentation, 3hr drive back, home at 1am and ready to go again at 630am); Saturday same start, last appointment 1pm. Do the math! Potential weekly hours 94.5! Normal was in 50-70 range! NO FAMILY LIFE! What broke the back to leave? Management asked me to LIE to customers!

My team and that’s about it.

Cons

Constant harassment, bullying and intimidation from Female upper management in NC market (MMRI). Sexual and very uncomfortable at times! Corporate and HR seem not to care and continue to allow. Five out of seven branches don’t have managers and are missing several other key employees like senior installers, ISR’s and sales people. 14 months ago this was not the case! So what change?
