Pros

Good money possible. Company van to take home w/ gas paid.

Cons

Long hours and drive times. Commission jobs, some pay well but usually go to favored installers, newbies get the worst and lowest paid ones. Management poor in many areas, reason for HIGH turnover. Service days can consist of 10-14hr and they only want to pay you for the time inside, even if hour + between stops.

Pros

-The people in my office were amazing to work with -Pretty easy work once you get the hang of it -Decent training -Laid back job if you ignore management at corporate office

Cons

Pay is a complete joke and so are the annual raises -Micromanagement at its worst. They count every single error you make and keep track of it every month and email it to you. If you clock in one minute late (not exaggerating), you will get an email asking why you were late. And you better believe that is documented and kept track of as well. -Admin retreats. They are boring, they make you share a hotel room, they have had the same guest speaker for the last 2 retreats, and they take place over the weekend. They send the admins to Harrisburg (corporate) but the sales and production teams get to go on actual retreats at much better destinations and during the week. -They will keep piling on more and more work without any more compensation.

Pros

Good product, good pay for full time or management

Cons

My position is Marketing district manager, and I work 6-7 days a week with my phone always going off with employee issues, subordinate have to call before and after shift to check in, territory is too large and your left to do it all yourself. Bad marketing program, they offer no customer service and no opportunity for their part-time staff. Part time event reps are under paid, under appreciated and worked like dogs with no remorse, the revolving door never stops.
