I've never worked at a company that I've felt more like family. Not only are the employees close, but it's obvious that our Leaders and Executives care about us as well. It's the the little things like birthday cards signed by top Executives and "high fives" published in our weekly newsletter, to the big things like their commitment to our safety that make Bath Fitter a wonderful place to work.

Cons

Everything that I had as a con in the past has either been addressed or is being addressed with new systems and processes to make our work life easier.
