Great support from entire support staff. They are always available and willing to help when needed. The company truly cares about the people in the organization.

Cons

Information systems are not user friendly. They company needs to work on getting systems that help make our jobs easier and information readily available to help guide us.

Pros

Since i began here ive always had people tell me if you ever need help just reach out. Since, that has remained true and im going on 6 years. The training was phenomenal our mission, vision and values are a major part of how we do businesses with our customers and that hasn't changed since I started. The outreach to its employees so Bath Fitter can be even better is astonishing. This company truly cares how its employees are doing personally and business wise.

Cons

There aren't really any cons Bath Fitter is a great company to work for and do business with. My biggest disappointment would have to be the pay rate for an AC. In my opinion its very underpaid.
