Flexible schedule. Free product. Fun environment typically.

Cons

Lots of elderly customers. Conversion takes a hit by a mom and 5 kids walking in - goal is to sell to 3 of them. SM doesn't care about bonuses. Labor over 2% on the month takes away your bonus even though you're over on sales. Product sales have been less enticing for shoppers. Typically the customer sale is better than employer price.

Everything lazy managers who do nothing then blame everyone else so they look bad To scared to tell truth because your boss will deny it or will twist the situation we lose staff because they don’t care they don’t get it or there just mean don’t appreciate you
