      Hitting a Brick Wall

      Pros

      Gratis, Fun and energetic atmosphere, customer first, great place to really develop as an employee of retail and to thrive in customer service experiance Full time: great benefits, PTO offered immediately and plenty of it, scheduling online painless, appropriate discounts

      Cons

      It is possible to move up in the company but if you happen to start making a little too much money they find ways to road block you. They will start pointing out issues in you performance that have nothing to do with performance but are infact personal. HR claims are not taken seriously and little action is ever made when there are issues with Store managers.

      Pros

      40% discount at BBW and VS!! Met great people that I will be friends with outside the company.

      Cons

      Call in shifts for sales associates, micromanaging from DM and higher. Cameras that only DMs have access too. Commission like sales environment without the payout of commission. Zero work/life balance

      Terrible company to work for

      Incentives, gratis, team work mentality, fun product to work with, always something new coming out every month so customers never get bored

      Cons

      I couldn't wait to be able to leave this company. Never was my quality of life so poor as when I worked here. I worked in management and their compensation was weak for what the job entailed. This company caters great to its customers but works their employees to the bone. Retail is usually a challenging business but with this company nothing was ever good enough and there was never enough recognition for the employees. It always seemed like they just kept pushing for more. Late night floor sets run into the early morning hours till everyone is exhausted and barely able to function. Then some employees are expected to work the day after floor set off of what little sleep you were able to get. They want you to strive for unreachable numbers and set unrealistic expectations.
