      Pros

      There is room for growth in this company as long as you work hard and maintain a positive attitude. I love interacting with customers and coaching and developing a team!

      Cons

      Being a CSL can be hard to balance while also going to school.

      Pros

      I love my associates and peers and I love the customers who truly appreciate your help. Great place to advance, meet new people, and grow. I love that it's not longer a pushy sales environment and that we are there simply to have fun and make friends with the customers.

      Cons

      Sometimes it's really hard to deal with rude and unruly/uneducated customers who lack respect and regard for those who are simply doing their job and just trying to help.

      Very well orchestrated for employees. This company has a real understanding of their customer and what it takes to make the product and store work.

      Sometimes it's all in 'who you know' when it comes to management promotions.
