Pros

-The 30% Discount can be applied to any purchase. And you can get a discount at sister companies Victoria's Secret and The Limited

Cons

Hours are determined by the amount your store sells. This company is constantly about employees making sales, even though it's not commission. Doesn't care much about the employees. You'll only get hours if you're one of management's "favorites". I worked there for a couple of months, and wouldn't be in store for two or three weeks at a time because I wasn't on the elite list. Sometimes your shifts are cancelled and given to others...becuase they are favorites. Call Ins--tenative shifts...you have to call two hours before the shift to see if you're needed...hence you can't plan anything ahead of time. They also take everything they have out of you physically, with constant floor changes and set ups, that can go until dawn.

Pros

The mangement are knowledgible and hold every associate accountable. There is always continued training to keep associates informed and making sure they are properly demonstrating the core of the company's values.

Cons

It is to rigid and everything is reherased. Everything is very stratgical and there is not alot of room for improvising.

Pros

The discounts are alright, 30% off the products, and the store I worked at had sales competitions where you can win things like Starbucks gift cards and lotions. If you like scents and that kind of stuff, its a great place to work because you can really get to learn about the products there. They have goals set for you each day. At first I thought it was stupid, but for some reason, it made me work harder to complete those goals, even though there were no consequences or rewards for meeting them, but it helped you keep focus.

Cons

The hours suck. That was the biggest downside. They need to meet a certain number of employees. So I had 15 different co-workers...but I work once a week...sometimes every other week and they only schedule you for 3 hour shifts because they want you to be super energetic those three hours. And then they have these "on-calls" where its like every day, and you pretty much need to set those hours aside to call. 99% of the time, they don't need you to come in, but its a waste of time.
